Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy (the “Return and Refund Policy”) specifies the terms and conditions for returning and refunding items purchased from or through Four to Six, LLC d/b/a Cherry Blossom CBD (“Cherry Blossom”)s website www.cherryblossomcbd.com (the “Site”). YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT MEANS YOU AGREE TO AND UNDERSTAND THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.
- Eligibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Items must be in their original packaging. If the item’s original packaging seal is unbroken and the item was purchased no more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to return, Cherry Blossom may issue a refund. If the item’s original packaging seal is broken or the item’s packaging has been opened in any way, and the item is returned to the store within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, Cherry Blossom may issue a store credit for the value of the item. Cherry Blossom does not offer refunds on sale or promotional items.
- Damage During Shipping. Cherry Blossom takes customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all orders are carefully inspected before being shipped. Please check your order carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
